「We were a family with 3 kids. The room was very dirty, visible dust everywhere. Low comfort. Dishwasher was broken. No internet. Our room was on the ground floor and the outside area was not usable, the furniture to dirty to use, ants everywhere and bushes not trimmed.The «hotel» charged us 140 euro more for taxes and refused to answer anything when we asked why. No cleaning the whole week. Before we left we had to by cleaning remedies to clean the whole appartment. In the pool no toys were...

「Sehr unfreundlicher Ablauf beim Check in, da man kein Französisch konnte wurde einem somit die Abwicklung erschwert. Man wurde vor verschlossener Türe stehen gelassen und auch telefonisch wurde immer wieder aufgelegt. Ratsam vor 16h einzuchecken, da anscheinend da Englisch sprechende Angestellte da sind. Als wir nach Langem endlich ins Zimmer konnten, war nicht mal für die Kinder ein Bett bzw Bettdecken und Kissen bereit. Nach langem Suchen haben wir Bettdecken und Kissen lieblos im Schrank...

「This is NOT a hotel. Be aware that if you are staying more than 3 nights you must provide your own sheets & towels. Don’t rely on being able to rent them from reception because it will likely be closed when you arrive. You also have to do a complete clean of the apartment on exit, which took us about 3 hours. This place would be okay if they corrected the non-provision of sheets & towels, and included end-of-stay cleaning within the price, but as it stands I wouldn’t recommend it, which is a...
