Amazing property manager; quick at response. The place was clean, nice AC in both livingroom and bedroom. Kitchen was fully equipped. The restaurants are nearby. Only half an hour away from Banff village as well. Great location!

The kitchen was well stocked with pans and pots. We were able to cook meals just like home. For the few issues we had the service was quick and solved the problem. In suite laundry was super handy and they even left us a bottle of wine and chocolates when we arrived. A nice view of the mountains and close to the “downtown” with a Safeway and a Canadian Tire. A great place to stay if visiting Banff and the surrounding area.

The units are in desperate need of repair. New kitchen but the rest of the unit needs help. The duvet was a double duvet on a king size bed. Ridiculous! Always amazing being in the mountains but you still want a clean and comfortable place to rest your head. Furniture was uncomfortable. The property mamager was amazing and tried to be helpful with what was in his control. Thanks Mark. dbase

It worked for us. We got to the room and it was cooler than what we were used to. So we turned off the ac.(Turned it back on later) We weren’t able to sign into our streaming platforms (not sure why) so we used what was available. We were gone mostly so it didn’t matter all that much. The apartment/condo has normal”wear and tear”(nicks and scratches )in it but didn’t bother us. I would have liked more of a view of the mountains as there were nice beautiful trees in front of them. What I liked about this place was how close the freeway access was. And it was close to everything in Canmore. The bed was so comfortable. The kitchen had lots of room. (Although we ate out all the time). Had a washer and dryer that we used. Nice bonus. We had a nice trip and would definitely look to stay here again.

Kitchen was nice. Bed was very comfortable. Dining room chairs are cheap plastic with some of the screws holding them together either loose or not there. No dresser for clothes. Door for closet broken. Communication for check in instructions tardy.

The only negative thing we could comment on is that the underground parking space was not easy to locate and, when we did find it, there was NO WAY that we were going to fit our SUV in that space and be able to get out of the vehicle (!!)even though the car next to us was parked well within the lines. We ended up finding parking on the road outside so it was no big deal for us.
