"I stayed on a different floor for this visit. It was the second floor this time. The entire floor smelled of cigarette smoke from years ago. The old smoking floors. The room was a great size but a little more worn out than my prior visit. Regardless, I still would book here again. The staff are great, and thr hotel is incredibly close to eveeything. Parking is free and on site."

"We booked our room through Expedia and chose a room that does not even exist. We paid for a Junior Suite with walk in shower and when we arrived, we found out they don’t have that room. The manager looked at my confirmation and pictures I took of my booked room. My husband and I went for supper and when we came back, after spending a night in a room we didn’t want, we were upgraded to a suite, no added charge. The Supervisor was very quick to help and was so kind to us. We were so happy with his help! "
