"Staff were very courteous and explained various hotel features. Their website indicates shuttle service between the hotel and airport is provided but was unable to reach hotel before my trip to arrange for this. Not a big deal since the hotel is close tp YIA airport, but the kicker was that the reception ..."

Great value!
"Location super accessible to airport but quiet. Our room had good view. Breakfast was more tgan adequate although the soup broth needed some reheating. Decor was amazing throughout the entire property."
