I loved this property and if going back to Goa, I definitely would stay there again!! It is great value for the money. The property is very well care for and what you see on the pics is what you get. Staff is meticulous and attentive to detail. They are constantly cleaning so it is not dust. Staff and management are very helpful and friendly making one fill welcome and are ready to help. The property is easily accessible, but located away from the noise of the Candolin party scene. I loved that there is a good signal system to easily find the property upon arrival. Later on it is very easy to go to Candolim's main road taking the shortcut. My only complain is: Please don't advertise that staff is qualified to give massages. Your staff members are not....They don't have any idea about how to give a massage. Keep up the good work!!!

1) Free breakfast was not good nor tasty. 2) Resort is very much inside from Main Road. Without vehicle you have to walk a lot to reach Main road. 3) No good Restaurant nearby. 4) Restaurant inside d resort serve good food in rooms *on pay* . But not *in free breakfast*. 5) *BEST SERVICE* Resort provide two wheelers vehicles at very reasonable price. 6) You may lost within the area between resort and main road. Streets didn't have numbers or mark.

Spacious rooms and nice ambience overall

+ Rooms were spacious and the place itself looks quite nice. + Staff are generally polite and helpful. * It's a bit hard to locate the place (compounded by the fact that Google maps routes data for this area seems a bit off), but the hotel has placed boards with directions along the way which help. * The wardrobe/cupboard smelled a bit mouldy, but everything else was clean otherwise. - Restaurant takes really long time to serve anything. - Starting from about 10:30, we kept getting checkout reminders and at 11, a person showed up at the room and kept waiting until we checked out, which was extremely annoying, and very unlike the behaviour we'd seen the last few days, and completely unprofessional. We travel regularly, and have never seen behaviour like this before. Too bad that they spoiled the good opinion we had about the place right at the end.

Very average hotel that you should avoid

First of all, the hotel is a bit secluded from the main road and wasn't easy to find it the first we reached. As soon as we entered, we found some hotel employees at the reception, and one of them (definitely not the receptionist) did the check in. His communication was poor and unprofessional. He was only interested in renting bike and arranging taxis for us, clearly for commissions. Apparently the hotel does not have any manager or coordinator. The owner as some mentioned would care the least for its clients. I had a terrible experience renting bike with the hotel employee which in the first place should not be allowed. The room was OK with no intercom available. There were many power outage issues. The restaurant is not managed by the hotel and once again only the employees working there with no one superior to talk to. The free breakfast was nothing more than what it sounds. Although there is a swimming pool but we opted for not taking a chance. It is a poorly managed hotel with very average facilities. I'm sure I could find a lot better options for the same price. The hotel's rating on Expedia deceived me into booking but I would totally not recommend this place.

Von Siliguri (West Bengalen) habe ich Kontakt via EMail zum Hotel aufgenommen. Die Anreise vom Flughafen zum Hotel, immerhin 45 km oder knapp eine Stunde Fahrzeit, wollte organisiert sein. Robin vom Hotel arrangierte alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Kontaktaufnahme erfolgte sehr freundlich und problemlos. Die gesamte Anlage war im familiären Stil gehalten, sehr sauber und ruhig. (wir waren allerdings zum ende der Saison da) Eine negative Meldung habe ich trotzdem. Das Restaurant ist nicht empfehlenswert. Man kann satt werden, wer es aber etwas schöner haben will, sollte in eines der vielen kleinen Restaurant in den Ort gehen. Alles in allem aber sehr angenehmer Auffenthalt.
