Muy hermoso hotel un servicio increible, muy buena comida y todo siempre organizado. Solo hay un detalle q now gusto para nada y es que las pyertas de los cuartos no tienen las.gomas en elarconde la puerta para cuando cierren no suenen, esas puertas cieran con tiradores y cierran madera contra madera y cuando estas durmiendo cada vez q abren y se cierran puertas de otros cuartos creeme q vas a brincar en la cama y vas a perder el sueño, deberian ponerles goma a los marcos de las puertas para q no suenen tan duro.

The property was kept impeccably clean, the staff worked very hard at it. We were treated very well from the time we arrived to the time we left. The only downfall was that to take advantage of some of the activity discounts offered, we had to attend a 2 hour “sales pitch” on buying into Wyndhams “vacation plan”. We did not choose to join and did receive the discounts just the same but, we won’t get that 2 hours back as vacations do only come once a year for my wife and I.
All in all, a super nice place and can’t stress enough how great the whole staff was.

Avisé 2 días antes de mi llegada que celebrábamos los 50 años de mi esposa y nada de atención al respecto. Las coladeras de mi habitación (lavabo y regadera) estaban tapadas y tardaron 2 días en ir a resolver el problema. Hubo fuga de agua en el hotel 2 días seguidos y se suspendió el suministro varias horas, los baños de la zona de albercas asquerosos. La comida sin variedad y sabor regular, dicen que la cambian todos los días pero es una mentira, es lo mismo diario; y ya no hablemos de sus restaurantes de especialidad que es una hazaña hacer una reservación en alguno de ellos. de mis 8 noches alli solo pude reservar en el Da Vinci una vez y ya. Hay empleados de verdad muy amables y que hacen un gran trabajo como meseros y camareras, en especial Alicia en la zona de albercas, siempre amable y atenta. No volveré a hospedarme aqui y no le recomendaría.

This was our second stay at the Wyndham, and it was even better than the first.
This time, we followed the schedule and participated in the daily activities and evening entertainment—which really enhanced our experience. The property is exceptionally clean, and the staff are extraordinary—always attentive and friendly.
The food was overall delicious, though we were a bit disappointed with the steakhouse. Please bring back the Brazilian Steakhouse—I waited an entire year for it!

This was our families second trip. Love the 3 bedroom villas near the beach for our family of 5. Beach is gorgeous and staff was friendly.

I did not like at all that the first interaction with staff upon my arrival was a time share employee. Poor taste in my opinion and was a huge turn off for me. She continued to bother me every time she saw me to discuss time share options. I probably will not return.

Loved our stay at the Wyndham Grand Cancún. The resort was on the smaller side which was great for us with children. The rooms are modern and clean. The food is great. The staff is very hospitable. Noe in the breakfast buffet and Luna in the Piña restaurant went out of their way to make sure our experience was exceptional. We appreciated the amenities like the café and the Teens Club. Can’t wait to return.

Handicap accessible to our room 1141 was non existent. Having to pay for a drink of Jack Danials 50 USD. Would never return for this reason

The staff were friendly and attentive. We got upgraded to a nice suite. The food was decent but not great. Portion sizes were small. The sushi bar was good and buffet particularly for breakfast was better. Alcoholic beverages didn’t have much alcohol unless you requested more. The resort used bottled water which was a plus. Overall decent stay but would spend more money to stay at a nicer resort with more food options and restaurants

I love everything about the hotel! The stay was perfect and the variety of restaurants within the hotel was perfect. Other then the Seagram being built up I still got to see the clear view the ocean. Recommend staying here again!
