I liked nothing. The was horrible. The smell in the room was horrible smell like mold and bleach which made my chest hurt. the view was horrible the marana smelled like nasty bathroom strong pee and poop. Ants and bugs in the room just awful

First of all I got the package for all inclusive and when I get there they said that I did not pay for all inclusive so I had to spend 412.00 on top of what I already paid so that’s false advertising from Expedia and bad customer service roaches every morning in the bathroom I mean big roaches they only care about there own people and that was not cool at all I never ever went threw anything like this if you advertise all inclusive that’s what you pay for why is Expedia advertising it and it not what it is??????

If you’re looking for the most affordable all-inclusive option in Cancun, Imperial Las Perlas is it. The best part of this hotel is definitely its people — every staff member I interacted with was incredibly kind, helpful, and always willing to answer my questions with a smile. Yes, the hotel is older and could use some updates, and due to the current sargassum situation, swimming in the ocean isn’t really possible (though that’s the case for most hotels right now). That said, the food was very good, and with the all-inclusive package, you can really make the most of your stay. For the price, I think you get a great deal — friendly service, decent food, and the charm of a more laid-back, budget-friendly experience in Cancun.

Never made it to the reaort because I got sick the day of my flight. Got credited for the flight but never was able to reach the resort because no one answered the phone until about a whole week later. Then had the audacity to say they can't give me a credit for the booking because I was deemed a "no-show". Even Expedia expressed that I was sick and they even tridd reaching out to them numerous times. Never again
