En general bien, limpio, aire acondicionado en la habitación, lo malo es que la recepción no tiene clima, es un hotel austero pero bien remodelado, no esperes lujos, para lo que cuesta esta bien. Importante! nosotros nos quedamos solo una noche y fue de domingo para lunes, al precer entre semana hay mucho ruido pues hay varios antros por ahi. La regadera al menos en nuestra habitación bien de presión y agua caliente pero el cancel estaba mal puesto.

Cuando hice la reservación seleccione la habitación para 3 huéspedes (2 adultos, un menor de 7) en una cama king, tal cual lo sugería expedia, pero al llegar al hotel dijeron que no se podia y tuve que pagar habitación con 2 camas matrimoniales, deberían de aplicarse con las opciones...

La propiedad está muy conservada y la limpieza es buena, sin embargo el servicio deja mucho que desear, desde el primer día, no tuve agua caliente, apenas salía un poco tibia, pero con una presión exagerada, quise reportarlo a recepción por teléfono, y este no servía. Baje a la recepción para pedir el agua caliente y la recepcionista solo comentó que mandarían a revisar los calentadores, cosa que nunca sucedió, lo mismo que pedí que revisaran mi teléfono en al menos 3 ocasiones, y tampoco lo revisaron, cada que ocupaba algo, tenía que bajar a la recepción. El primer día pedí unas botellas de agua, ya que por cortesía no ponen en las habitaciones, y me dijeron que no podían, ya que el servicio de restaurante solo es en la mañana para desayuno y en ese momento no podían sacar las botellas, así que tuve que salir a comprarlas. Pedí una plancha para ropa y tuve que dejar una identificación a cambio mientras la usaba, cosa que tampoco me pareció correcto. En la madrugada llegó gente gritando y cantando al lobby y las noches que estuve hospedado, no pude dormir por el escándalo. Si me vuelvo a hospedar en este lugar, sería porque no hay más opciones.

El personal! (Juan y Cristian) muy altaneros y arrogantes, nada dispuestos a resolver mi problema, si no todo lo contrario ,se me terminó pidiendo que desalojara el hotel, siendo q se había hecho una reservación previa, y además siendo que estaba acompañada de tres menores; me tocó caminar x las calles del centro con ellos en una zona desconocida.El lobby nada que ver como en las fotos, se encuentra desatendido y sin aire acondicionado, del resto del hotel no puedo opinar porque como lo mencione se me terminó echando, pero con el recibimiento no creo que sea necesario imaginar cómo está lo demás!! Super mala experiencia la verdad no les recomiendo este lugar.!

Muy mal servicio, desde que llegas a recepción te dicen: NECESITO que bajen los controles a la salida, NECESITO que ENVIEN MAIL PARA FACTURA EL MISMO DIA, en que otro hotel hacen eso? Lo que haces es evadir impuestos, evadir al SAT por facturas no elaboradas, en todos los hoteles das tus datos y ya la tienen a la salida cosa que no fue así en esta estancia, muy mal servicio

Good downtown Cancun option
Good location downtown Cancun. Has free onsite parking between this hotel and the adjoining hotel with same owners. Also I found easy free street parking on the same block every time I wanted it. Easy to walk across street to a bunch of late night restaurants or over a couple blocks to some other small clubs and restaurants. Grocery store is two blocks south. What appears to be the main LGBT club is across the street but I never heard anything from it and it didn’t cause parking issues. It’s an older hotel but clean and well kept. The lobby and hallways are open air but sheltered from the rain. Good value for the money.

As an Hotels guest we were put in the back of hotel. The room had been cleaned with a very strong scented cleaning solution. Then they plugged in a scented atomizer. We had no towels and had to request same. As well no liquor allowed Do not recommend stayed one day of our 2 day reservation

If you want a Mexico style hotel, this is it smh
The hotel is very old the TV only plays in Español. I was supposed to have a stove and refrigerator in the room and I had to beg for a refrigerator after the fact. The breakfast we had to pay for every morning, even though it says it was all inclusive. Was very very cold and dirty. There’s nothing good about the hotel other than one of the hosts they work the front desk. The beds were very very hard, the air conditioner beats straight down on your face. If you turn it off, it’s hot in the room my daughter got bit by bugs there’s no washcloths in the hotel at all. so it took everything for me not to find somewhere else to stay but because they already had ran my card I would’ve had to wait 7 to 10 business days to get that money back and I didn’t wanna spend another five or $600 on top of this my first time in Mexico and I chose that hotel out of all the hotels in Cancun Was a bad choice in a lot of ways that hotel is not worth $50 a night I’ll give the location of four stars other than that that’s it oh, and there was a roach in the bathroom.

No me dieron la habitación que pague sino una dónde el baño estaba sucio y olía mal, la regadera nunca la lavaron en mi estancia solo tendían las camas y ya, no dejaban servicio de shampoo, no dejaban las toallas de los que estábamos, muy mal, servicio, antes de la pandia era un hotel súper bien y la administración muy atenta, ahora terrible

La habitación en la que me hospedé era amplia, se ve que ha sido renovada. El baño es amplio también. El personal de la recepción es atento y servicial pero lo que no me agradó nada fue el ruido por la noche proveniente de un centro nocturno, imposible de dormir con ese ruido. La otra cosa que no me agradó fue su servicio de internet, errátic e inestable. No me volvería a hospedar aquí.

Debe haber mejores opciones por el mismo precios.
El hotel está muy descuidado. Pagué una noche para 3 personas, me dejaron 2 toallas, no había toallas para manos. La puerta del baño no cerraba. Las almohadas son muy incómodas.
