Breakfast included was a big plus, walking distance to market 23 and ADO central bus station and all Colectivos, R1 rides. Staff is very friendly, wish it had a pool but we traded that perk for the breakfast included.Its a good choice if you want to explore more real local lifestyle and not go for the all inclusive hotels. It's a 10 min ride to Playa El Nino and a 20-30 min ride to Playas in the hotel zone.

Hotel Batab offers a clean, comfortable and cheap place to stay. The rooms are somewhat spartan - no mini fridge, no safe in room, no desk with chair, etc. However, you get a complimentary breakfast each morning and the on-site restaurant is really good and very affordable. Finally, the staff at Hotel Batab were friendly, helpful and really a pleasure to deal with. I would stay here again.

The bed was comfortable and the staff was helpful and friendly. But the hotel is on a very busy, noisy street. It’s also very bare-bones for the price - $70/night - no bath mat, two towels, no coffee in room. Only 1 chair for the balcony. Water was easily accessible.

Mar.31/23 room #206 had no internet access through the entire stay. That floor had a multiple room group of older kids very noisy to past 11PM! 4th floor previous stay on Feb.11/23 was great, quiet and with good internet.

Notificamos nuestro late Check-in y recibimos confirmación por mensaje por parte de la recepción, pero al llegar les tomó 1 hora el proceso de check in, y ni siquiera pudieron encontrar la reservación, nos cobraron $800 MXN para dejarnos pasar al cuarto, adicional a lo pagado previamente a pesar de tener el recibo de reservación, tuvimos que esperar al staff de la mañana para que nos devolvieran el dinero. Por el precio la habitación está muy bien y limpia, pero la recepción de la noche deja mucho que desear, no volveremos por lo mismo, es una lástima ya que el personal de la mañana es muy amable y atento.
