We have placed a free safety deposit box in each room for our guestsconvinience, and also, if something get lost we have a procedure to investigate the situation.By a touristic standar everything should be posted in both Spanish and English and we fulfill it.There is Uber, a taxis site and the in house travel agency have a shared transportation reserved in advance.We will check the rest of the details with our people in charge.Again, thank you for your preference.Warm greetings from the Mexican Caribbean!
