"It’s far out from the main hotel zone area. Everywhere was about a 20 minute drive. Huge property. Most of it not being used. There needs to be more food options and the “market” is just coffee. It really should be sandwiches and fruit and quick food to eat. There is not any option like that on the entire property. Lots of pools and places to have privacy, great staff but quiet. Beach area isn’t great. It’s a short shoreline and a jetty to the left"

"Live Aqua Cancún gets all 10’s across the board with me! The staff were super friendly and helpful with any and everything that I needed. The resort was very clean and the food was absolutely delicious at every restaurant on the premises. I would 100% recommend this resort if you’re planning to go to Cancun. I can’t wait to come back again!"
