From the moment we arrived to check in Christina and Alejandro went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and at home. We were provided with information on the localities of stores, the better restaurants, pharmacies, just about anything we might want to go to during our stay. I must add that we stayed at the villa across the main road from the main hotel where we had an ocean view room and were extremely happy with the accommodations. A very large room, kitchenette, and a large shower with water pressure that wish we had at our home. Without question we highly recommend this establishment and should we plan another trip to Cancun there’s no doubt we will book there again. Well done Christina and Alejandro!

Casa Tortuga Boutique Hotel was definitely the perfect choice! The property was very clean and located in a safe area where I felt comfortable walking around. It’s family-run, and since the owners live on-site, I felt safe and well cared for at all times. The room was spotless, and the view of the lagoon was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend Casa Tortuga if you’re looking for a unique, personal experience outside of the typical all-inclusive resorts.

The pool was fantastic. So calm and relaxing. The rooms were spacious and bed very comfortable. Casa Tortugas is a great location to explore Cancun area including a boat to Isla Mujeres is directly across the road from the apartment. We used the recommended airport transfer and that was great also.

Let’s start with price there are way better places to stay for $150 a night then added on 30 dollars if paying with card even tho booked threw Expedia had to wait in the heat for 30 min for our room after waiting got to the room just to realize it was 90 degrees inside the room with only ac in the bedroom they forgot to take my payment when checking in so deactivated my room key for something they didn’t do on there end would not stay here again and don’t recommend

The place was fantastic everywhere you look. The design the architecture the artwork are all very tasteful. Such a pleasant atmosphere. Spotlessly clean and everything was just so correct. The pool is amazing. The water felt like rainwater enough to swim laps and so pleasant at night Right on the water with a breeze.

Quiet place, very nice swimming pool with wonderful views of the lake, no beach but the ferry to Isla mujeres is across the street. The two bedrooms suite is confortable and has wonderful views of the lake day and night. The restaurant at the roof terrace is wonderful and pretty but only serve a limited breakfast menu. The location is perfect to access every where, tour, restaurant, shopping supermarkets. Across the street is the ferry to Isla mujeres. The kitchen utensils are poor do not count with them. Placing a dryer in the room would be a big plus. It is an issue to dry the swimming suits and towel when returning from the beach. II recommend it if your plan is to go for different tours and activities and return in the afternoon to a petty, confortable place with a 24 hours swimming pool with a quiet and beautiful view of the lake and sun set.

Limpieza e instalaciones excelentes. Mucho espacio y una vista increíble a la laguna, con una alberca muy bonita. No tuvimos problema con el check in a pesar de que reservamos de último momento, literalmente. Se nos atendió con amabilidad y disposición. Cruzando la calle se tiene la playa Tortugas y el ferry de Ultramar para ir a Isla Mujeres. Lo cierto es que justo alrededor no hay restaurantes, es necesario caminar varios minutos o tomar el transporte público, pero la parada del camión está muy cerca del lugar. Hay un Oxxo y una farmacia a alrededor de 50 metros de distancia sobre la avenida. Es un lugar tranquilo y agradable. Nos gustó mucho.
