Quiet and comfort

Overall is okay, but it have no lift if you need to take luggage to 2nd or 3rd floor is quite difficult. Close to the park and it's very quiet.

We’ve stayed in this property numerous times over the years. We have stayed in various apartments within the complex and each time we haven’t been disappointed. The appartments a good but a bit dated but when maintained.

GOOD POINTS - Central to alot, reception staff friendly, easy to get a car park and a quite location. BAD POINTS - I stayed 3 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment with my family and housekeeping didnt come at all our whole stay. I constantly had to keep going to reception every afternoon before they left for the day to ask for more clean towels, toilet paper ect. I had to ask reception on day #3 where i could dispose of our rubbish as our bin was full. Shower temperature was constantly (hot, cold, hot). Kitchen utensils very limited (i had to go and buy bowls so my kids could have their breakfast of a morning) among other basic essentials. Shower gel bottle in the bathroom was completely empty on arrive. Bedding was poor (just a cheap doona) and they all had stains on them. Couldnt even find the a.c remote (and no ceiling fans there). In the photos they show seating for the balcony (but no seating on ours provided). Wifi constantly buffering.

Good location. Some of the building is showing its age. The rooms could have been cleaner. The beds were comfy with white sheets. The towels fluffy and white. Uncover parking.

There were marks all over the walls, like they had people with dirty hands wipe them all over the walls and not clean them, the worst was someone had picked their nose, wiped it on the wall beside the toilet and it had not been cleaned off, made my wife sick. Was walking distance to the pub at least, the rest was gross.

A good stay in a generally clean and quiet property. Heating was great. Some attention to small things like better pillows, soap in bathrooms by the basin and milk in the fridge would improve things.

Pretty good maintenance, tidy, clean and confortable…..I just wanna let an advice, it would be better get Netflix or any streaming platform on the tv, or at least the option to put your own account, because was block that opción on the tv. Thanks!

We loved the spaciousness of the room. It was also nice and warm when we arrived for check in. The apartment is walkable to the local cafes.

Check in was delayed as we had to wait for the keys to be returned from previous guest. This was way after check out time and was at 430pm. The parking is tight and not a lot of space to turn around. The room smelt as if someone had just made curry. There was no linen to make up spare bed even though they were aware of number of guests, had to go back to reception and get the linen. The cleanliness of the rooms was sub par, other peoples hair evident in bathrom, shower and on besdside table. Property is outdated and needs upgrading. Smudges all over walls, dirty looking and patchy carpets. They also need to invest in decent heating and cooling. One split system to do the whole apartment is inadequate. Pedestal fan for cooling and one oil bar heater. The only positive was the receptionist who was friendly and helpful.

The two bedroom apartment was comfortable. But, the flat screen TV had no antenna cable and was not a smart TV, so was basically inoperable. I could not see a working antenna connection into the apartment either. In the 21st Century, a working TV is not too much to ask for - in fact the offer of a streaming movie service isn't too expensive either - or a smart TV and allow the customer to use their streaming service if an antenna and free to air is too hard. In the bathroom the extractor fan looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time - it was blocked with dust. While there was one air conditioner for the whole apartment, I think the owner could invest in small aircon units in each bedroom - it isn't that great a cost versus what they likely make in nightly rates. They had placed a small heater in the main bedroom that was effective, but would not offer cooling. I do not think the apartment has had much spent on it since it was built 35 years ago. As there was no one on reception after about 5:30pm and again no one there at check-out time (10am), these issues could not be addressed.
