The stay was what we needed in pleasant conditions. Breakfast was available and of good quality but was a bit expensive for what was on offer. We have stayed here before and will probably do so again.

We were very pleased with our stay, only one small fault was your dining room was closed Friday and Saturday nights and we hadn’t go out to look for our dinner which after a very long trip we had had it would have been nice to only take a few steps to the dining room,

Clean and tidy, great for a overnight stay. My only negative was that the bed in our room is iverdue for replacement. Mattress was overly soft and noisy.

Pleasant getaway

We had a pleasant stay. The motel suited our purpose for visiting. It was close to the town centre, restaurants etc. Having some mobility issues, it was great to see the motel had a lift! The bathroom was looking like it needs an upgrade.

No dining Friday ,sat,sun night in hotel. No milk in fridge,ask to go to reception and pick up self.Couch in room needed to go to dump.No communication between reception and cleaning staff on how long person staying in room.Internet very poor.Not worth the money spent for accommodation.Car scratched in their car park review cctv footage,nil action taken accept they did not notice other car do any damage when I saw the car reverse park next to mine and the scratch is a dark blue car. Card to open door failed to unlock door at night time lucky reception hadn’t closed. One person only on duty at reception at night nobody else working. Rooms need significant up dating bathrooms in need of overhaul and the photos on web site are very deceiving.

It's not the room in the photo's, very different, older, ripped curtains, torn windscreens and dusty. Were told we would only get 1 bedroom over the phone, but we got 2 bedrooms when we arrived which was good but sadly in quite poor condition for the price we payed when others payed same price but got newly renovated rooms. Was unfortunate as I had talked this up to our family members as had previously satyed on 2 occassions and was great back then, sadly they've gone backwards.

The room was clean and well furnished. The view was not particularly pleasing. Perhaps the internal courtyard could have more vegetation. The breakfast (scrambled eggs on toast) at $15 was too expensive and much too meagre. When I saw the prices I was tempted to walk out. But I stayed, expecting a generous serving. Not good marketing: food is cheap in comparison with the cost of preparing it; when you serve generous rations people come back. If I stay there again I will definitely not have breakfast in house.

Tried to call for room service but phone in room was completely dead. Walked to reception and there were many pasta dishes on menu but when we ordered, they weren’t cooking pasta that night. Disappointing! Also it wasn’t until we were showering later in the evening (when it was dark), that we found there was no light at all in the bathroom. No window either, so made things difficult then and also early in the morning.
