We loved the 2 nights we spent in Canazei. The hotel room was perfect for our family; three beds for the kids upstairs (with a bathroom!) and a double bed for us downstairs with a bathroom.

We stayed for 2 nights at the hotel in Canazei. It was a bit tricky to get there there through with the hairpin bends but the scenary along the way was a total gem. From here you'll need around 40 mins to Ortisei and 10 mins toQC Therme. The staff was very nice (only the communication via English seems a bit challenging). Everything was good besides the parking situation - we got no parking slot on the day of arrival and the staff certainly couldn't recommend other legal parking possibilities (we were rexommanded to park at the exit of another ressort which the staff wasn't sure about the consequences

There was no receptionist when we arrived and no parking available anywhere. We waited for the receptionist to come back ( one hour approx) and she told us that we could park in a very little road in front of a door. When we mentioned that the door was being used and that it would damage our car when open, she suggested we park in a private parking that was not owned by the hotel. We stated that we didn’t want our car removed by the local police as illegally parked and she didn’t give us any other option. The stay at the hotel didn’t start at all well! If you have a car, even if the hotel states free parking, know in advance that the hotel doesn’t have any parking spaces as adviertised. It was a very stressful stay, even if only for one night. The room was fine and clean. The breakfast was nothing special.

Abbiamo trovato la stanza pulitissima con un profumo di fresco incredibile, l'hotel è tenuto bene anche se avrebbe bisogno di un po' di ammodernamento,lo staff è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. La colazione buona e con possibilità di scegliere tra dolce e salato. È la terza volta che vengo in questo hotel e mi sono sempre trovato bene. Consigliato

Très belle place, difficile à trouver, il n’y a pas d’affiche L’eau de la douche avait ne voulait pas s’évacuer dans la douche et l’évier. Gros point, le bar joue de la musique jusqu’à minuit et nous l’entendions très bien. Ne pas prendre la chambre 105

Die auf Reiseportalen angegeben Fotos zu den Zimmern der Zimmerkategorien entsprachen nicht den tatsächlichen im Hotel. Zimmer sowie Bad sonst gut und modern eingerichtet. Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker, Frühstückszeit erst ab 7.30 Uhr, für manchen Skifahrer zu spät. Jeden morgen zur Frühstückszeit waren die Reinigungskräfte im vorderen Bereichs des Speisesaals mit Staubsauger am Reinigen,bei der Geräuschkulisse war kein ruhiges, gemütliches Geniessen des leckeren Frühstücks möglich. Parkplätze leider sehr begrenzt
