「Lhotel si trova in zona centrale di Biella, molto pulito, la stanze molto carina così anche il bagno, la colazione molto buona tutto il personale gentilissimi e disponibili, se dovete andare a Biella tenetelo in considerazione perché ne vale la pena. Grazie a tutti 」

Made to feel very welcome despite the language problem as no English spoken (we were in Italy after all) until the owners’ son arrived. Great breakfast. Only adverse comment is that the location shown in Hotels.com is in the village whereas it is a couple of kilometres outside along a steep winding road.」
