Uma hospedagem tranquila mas q ficou faltando algo

Gostei muito do ambiente, tudo bem higienizado o pessoal do café muito atencioso Mas teve duas coisas q me deixaram a desejar: O atendimento na recepção muito ruim, a pessoa q nos recepcionou não explicou o o hotel tinha pra oferecer e faltou simpatia E também pedi pra fazer um reparo em um chuveiro q estava pelando o coro, q depois ficou gelado E não fizeram nada

Desde o check-in até a saída o atendimento foi muito cordial. A pousada está muito bem localizada e o quarto é amplo, novo e muito limpo. O café é completo e com produtos de qualidade.

Excelente localização!

Pousada, bem localizada, atendimento dos seus colaboradores, é excelente. Café da manhã, é bom! Limpeza dos quartos, no geral é bom. Ar condicionado, é silenciosa, tem 2 estacionamentos para a comunidade dos hóspedes.

A good quality pousada. Room was clean, bright, comfortable and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good quality, with very good fruit. (My usual complaint about Brazilian hotels is the lack of healthy options at breakfast. Neia scored one out of three here: they did have whole-wheat bread at breakfast as an alternative to industrialized white, but there was no skimmed milk, and the cereal was all pre-sweetened.)

DECEPÇÃO

Ficamos em uma suite standard que era a unica disponível pelo site HOTÉIS.COM, suite 19, e apesar de ser mais simples não justifica estar suja, com cabelos de outros hóspedes espalhados pelo chão do quarto e do banheiro, chuveiro saindo água pela parede, frigobar cheia de gelo no congelador, nem dava para colocar nada lá dentro, o ar condicionado é daqueles velhos de parede e muito barulhento, precisava ficar ligando e desligando durante a noite para poder dormir. A luminária lateral da cama com fio quebrado , hora funcionava hora não, O Wifi não pega na pousada apesar do quarto ser ao lado da recepção só pegava quando chegava na recepção e a TV tem só 4 canais e fica saindo do ar toda hora. Um ponto de destaque é o café da manhã: bom!

Tranquilo

Local tranquilo (a noite silêncio total), dorme-se com muito sossego. Chuveiro e limpeza OK! Equipe muita atenciosa e educados. Só precisa avisar alguns hóspedes para não falar alto ou fazer barulho nos corredores, principalmente de manhã. Café da manhã é básico, simples.

Toalhas e roupas de cama manchadas/amareladas Secador com apenas uma velocidade funcionando Chuveiro torto com a água direcionada para a parede Piscina e áreas de lazer pequenos em relação à quantidade de quartos (O "Salão de jogos" tem 01 mesa de sinuca; e um baralho incompleto) Estacionamento insuficiente Wifi sem conexão no quarto Única coisa que não tenho o que reclamar foi o café da manhã

매우 좋은 호텔임

매우 좋았음.(적극 추천) 직원들 모두 친철하고 객실 내부 깨끗하고 주변과 가깝고 아침 식사도 매우 좋음. 단, 모기가 많았는데 모기약으로 즉시 박멸.
