Şehirin merkezinde olduğu için çok fazla ses var. Uyumak bazen zor olabilir. Feribota çok yakın. Memnun kaldım. Belki ses yalıtımı daha iyi olabilirdi.

The good, and the not so good.

The customer service, cleanliness, and location was exceptional. But for a non-smoking room we experienced cigarette smoke, mostly in the hall, but it drifted into our room too, particularly the bathroom. And at night the music from a nearby restaurant was very loud. Would I stay here again? Hmm......maybe with ear plugs and some room freshener.

Great location as this hotel is walking distance from the ferry and so very close to heaps of shops and restaurants as well as the waterfront. A perfect place to stay. Breakfast is great and the rooms are perfect.

Horrible room and inattentive staff

Stayed there 20-22nd July. We had room 504. We paid good money for a room with a balcony. The room looked like an attic with a sloped low ceiling. The bathroom was the same. My husband hit his head many times. Shower pressure very weak and old. Balcony view was horrible (looking on to a car park with no furniture to sit on. Bed was ok but pillows worn out. Gave us this cover that was rough without a cover sheet. Staff didn't even notice you. It was hard to get attention. Breakfast was so-so. Nicer hotels in area.

Otelin lokasyonu mükemmel.Kahvaltı fena değil.Temiz bir otel.Odalar bana göre standartların biraz altında ama soru yok.Banyoları çok temiz.Sadece verdikleri ilk odanın kliması çalışmıyordu.Daha sonra oda değiştirerek bunu telafi ettiler.Tekrar geldiğimde kalırmıyım evet kalırım.

Asık suratlı resepsiyon görevlisi.

Otelde resepsiyonda gayet asık suratlı bir resepsiyon görevlisi vardı hatta hotels.com dan rezervasyon yaptığımızı söyleyince bize karşı tavrı çok kötüydü. Hotels.com rezervasyonunun sisteme düşmesinin yarım saatten fazla sürdüğü ve beklememiz gerektiğini söyledi. Benim bir gün önce başka bir otelde 1 dk sürmeden sisteme düştüğünü söylememden sonra bir bilgsayar başına geçti ve evrakalrın çıktılarını aldı. Bir daha asla ve asla bu otelde konaklama yapmam. Diğer herşey nasıl olursa olsun karşılama berbat
