"Despite some recent reviews, we found this hotel surprisingly good. The rooms seemed clean and comfortable if dated and in need refurbishment. The location is good but arriving by car can be a problem as there is no car parking spots in front of the hotel, only a small coned off area that you may be lucky enough to get into for the valet car parking. The breakfast was very disappointing. "

"Staff - Fantastic, especially their manager Nura Location - Not in walking distance to the city centre. There are a few malls nearby though. View is also facing residential buildings Room - We selected the most expensive room, junior suite. The room was on 6th floor and the lift access was until 5th. The room was build on the roof, so it has low ceiling which gave a negative outlook to it. However, the size was big, balcony was good and the bathtub was the reason we chose this hotel Price - A bit on the expensive side cimpared to other hotels in the city centre of Canakkale. In addition to that, we had to pay extra for one child. We came with 2 adults and 2 child (both 3 years old) and we took a junior suite room which was for 3 adults, so the hotel said that only one child was free while we had to pay for the other. Eventhough we were politely informed of this by the manager, we find the policy absurd as the room can accommodate 3 adults so it means 2 adults 2 child (3 yrs old) should be acceptable. Furthermore, we have had not issues with hotels we stayed in other cities of Türkiye, therefore we were unable to comprehend the policy of the hotel, but end up paying it though All in all, the warm reception we received from the hospitable staffs made our stay enjoyable. Having said that, we are not sure if we will return back to the hotel if the price and child policy remain unchanged. We wish them all the best"

"Was disappointed because on site when booking it said there was a bar and restaurant but there was none there ,so was misled and would not have booked this hotel as did not meet my requirements "

"Loved it from start to finish. Quirky, retro hotel. Secure parking right outside the hotel. Got a free upgrade to a mini suite on arrival. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was great, complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. The icing on the cake was the extra mile the staff went, we had a tyre blow out soon after leaving the hotel, the hotel couldn’t have been more helpful, calling companies to come out to us and replace it, thank you "

"Harkulade bir konuma sahip bir otel. Yürüme mesafesinde bir çok cafe, restoran ve market var. Hakan Bey bizi güler yüzü ile karşılayıp tüm sorularimizi büyük bir nezaketle cevapladı. Kendisine tekrar çok teşekkür ederiz. Örnek bir çalışan, Odalar gayet konforlu, kahvaltı güzeldi fakat tek ricam oda tuvaletlerinin daha bir õzenle temizlenmesi. Görünürde temizdi fakat maalesef tedavim halen devam ediyor. Oldukça sıkıntılı günler geçirdim tatilimizin hemen akabinde. "
