"Perfect location in the heart of Banff. Staff was very helpful and friendly and the hotel itself was quiet and enjoyable. Hotel is located within walking distance of many shops and great restaurants. The upper floor hot tubs and saunas are a great bonus."

"We were lucky to find a last minute room here. Great value for Jasper! The room was clean and had a balcony - was nice to be able to sit outside to enjoy the landscaped gardens and some mountain views. Our whole family loved the excellent pool facilities. Decent restaurant on site (good prices and service)."

"The location was amazing, exterior and hot tub were wonderful but the room was dated, smelled like smoke & bathroom needed an update & tile was mouldy. For the price we paid I expected a nicer room."
