Check in staff were excellent. Accommodated a late check in, and were friendly and helpful. The building and the grounds are beautifully up-kept. The design of the room is a little awkward with the shower in the middle of the living space, but that’s the only thing. Hot tub area is private, and super clean too. 」
"This is a very new hotel with excellent facilities and a great accommodation environment. Compared to some older hotels, it offers exceptional value for money. The hotel features hot water pools (not sure if they are hot springs), but the design and facilities are significantly better than the famous Upper Hot Springs. Built against the mountain, the hotel appears to have four separate buildings, but they are conveniently connected by a corridor on the fourth floor.
Located at the entrance of the town, it is right across from a gas station, a convenience store, and a fast-food restaurant that stays open until 10 PM.
The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is decent. Dinner portions are generous, though the variety is limited. Breakfast, however, requires a longer wait. The staff are friendly and approachable.
Overall, this hotel provided a great accommodation experience."
