We love this place. Such friendly owners who are continually uograding.
Our room was clean, comfortable and everything worked well.
They have a great off leash play are that our dogs loved.
The room was very clean and comfortable, had a new memory foam mattress that was very comfortable. The owners are very nice, friendly people. The Roku TV system is great.
All of our family stayed for a wedding. The inn was very close to the wedding venue which made for an easy commute. The inn is still under construction and the staff was very friendly. I feel that the rooms could have been cleaner.
Very nice property. A lot of work put in to upgrading rooms. Wonderful lady who owns the place. Very kind and friendly….

Older hotel with remodeled rooms. Clean. Quiet for being so close to highway and train tracks. Convenient to the venue we were at for the weekend.

About what I was expecting
The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. The price was excellent. The only thing lacking was heat as I could not find a thermostat to warm the room up. Probably operator error on my part.
Having been in the Marine Corp I have slept in a lot worse places, but my wife and daughter havent so I had to eat the room charge and move on down the road.
I stayed at the Canadian Inn towards the end of a six-week-long road trip, and am glad I did. The Canadian was a welcome break from cookie-cutter hotels and motels that begin to fall apart as soon as they are completed. The Canadian was built sixty years ago, and will be around for sixty more. The couple who recently bought it are fixing it up after years of mismanagement. Stay away if scratches on furniture or rust stains under a bathtub spigot irk you. Come if you appreciate windows that open, comfortable furniture, plenty of light, and genuine friendliness. Especially if you have a dog -- the property has a big, fenced dog enclosure with a fire hydrant, toys, and a picnic table. Outside the enclosure is another picnic table, and a few minutes walk away is a restaurant that embodies its motto, "Home Cookin' Done Right."
