「Room was clean, nice.
We booked the hotel for the pool and continental breakfast.
Hot tub was empty, that was unfortunate.
We were down for breakfast at 6:59 the room was locked, all the lights off so we went out for breakfast. When we returned and I asked about it the clerk told me they were open at 7:00 and showed me the surveillance footage of us being there at 6:59, NOT 7:00 so he smugly had his “gotcha” moment. 」
