"The convience in being in town"

"Beautiful resort with great views. Nice pool, bars and restaurants. Clean and newly renovated. Comfy beds. Only negative was the staff at the front desk. We arrived at 415 and a room wasnt available. They didnt care. Didnt offer anything for us to do but sit there with all of our stuff. Then pretended like we werent there. Another negative experience with the same woman the next day when we asked for champagne glasses. Told us to try the bar. She clearly doesnt want to be working in the hospitality business. Similar experience with a different woman when checking out. Servers at the bar and restaurant were all great though."

"It’s in the center of everything and walking distance to most things, the mall and tracks along the river and College Street, which is beautiful and relaxing!"

"Incredible location and easy to walk to the big attractions in Boston. Close to the T for public transportation as well. Hotel was very nice, clean, well kept rooms and helpful staff. "

"While the included breakfast is far from perfect, it’s far better than the old buffet offering, which had become less attractive with every visit. Small improvements are evident throughout: fresh paint, nicer bedding, and other little touches add up to a more pleasant stay. Before the branding change, this hotel was very tired and showing big signs of its age."

"We loved how clean everything was and our beds were really confortable. The pool was nice. We were impressed with the food in the restaurant too! The one thing I can say that is not so nice, was the indication for the indoor parking was confusing. "
