"Our stay was ruined by the rude and agressive management. The pool was dirty (opaque) and unusable. The room was misdiscribed as deluxe when the rooms are only standard rooms. Edmond (manager?) admitted the descrition was wrong its the room pictures that are correct. We asked to pay for a room upgrade on which they became agressive and implemented rules that were not stated in the t&cs. "Not overly big rooms but very cute, clean and very comfy bed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Quite a walk from main street where shops/restaurants/beach is but free drop off service between 9-6pm, however late at night very difficult to find taxi/tuk tuk to take back."
