Aquém do que eu esperava!

Pelas fotos eu esperava mais, senti falta de algumas coisas tipo, local para colocar e abrir a mala, copo no quarto, aquecedor adequado ao tamanho do quarto( tinha um muito pequeno e não atendia o quarto todo), uma mesa office com cadeira, o cofre não funcionava! Em quatro diárias não trocaram roupa de banho, mesmo o tapete do banheiro estando evidentemente sujo, nem fizeram a reposição de sabonete! O quarto não é confortável, o chão muito frio, a Tv não passa canais abertos! O restaurante do hotel só funcionou 1 dia durante toda a estadia! Outra coisa que não me agradou também foi o formato do café, onde vc responde um questionário informando tudo que vai querer no café e a pessoa ao servir todo dia esquecia coisas! O hotel é bonito, agradável porém muito longe do que eu esperava!

Foi boa! Único ponto é que eu evitaria a banheira pois adquiri foliculite de hidromassagem após usar (causada por bactéria devido mal higienização de banheiras). O hotel não deu retorno após mensagem! Fora isso, agradável.

Estadia boa, mas falta organização da administraçã

A estadia foi muito boa, o local é lindo, a vista é ótima, bem organizado, bem localizado, café da manhã muito bom! Antes de chegarmos para fazermos checkin nos informaram que recebemos um upgrade (apenas a diferença entre o térreo e piso superior), todos bem simpáticos e prestativos. Mas tivemos alguns problemas com o atendimento que são decorrentes da falta de organização: 1. Enquanto eu estava no quarto, trocando de roupa, uma das pessoas que trabalha no hotel acabou abrindo a porta, sorte que eu estava me vestindo e não estava completamente nua, foi uma situação muito desconfortável (tanto para mim quanto para ele), ele pediu desculpas e disse que não haviam colocado informações que tinha alguém usando aquele quarto. Entendo o erro, mas no caso culpo a administração por isso. 2- Preenchemos a ficha de café da manhã (já que ele é personalizado) e no 3º dia essa ficha se perdeu, esperamos uns 10 minutos até resolverem preencher outra ficha, mas é um erro ok, normal e sem prejuízos. No geral, a estadia foi boa! Mas após o episódio número 1 confesso que foi complicado… já não me sentia mais tão à vontade para ficar, razão pela qual no outro dia fizemos checkout após o café da manhã às 9h. Mas novamente, esse erro foi a falta de organização, pois acredito que é um hotel novo. Todos os atendentes são extremamente simpáticos, prestativos e tirando isso, tudo foi impecável.

Amei nossa estadia.

Escolhemos o hotel para comemorar aniversário de casamento.Um hotel muito aconchegante e romântico. O atendimento do Rodrigo desde o primeiro momento pelo telefone foi ótimo, chegando no hotel fomos muito bem recebidos por ele, um funcionario muito atencioso e acolhedor. A gerente do hotel também foi atenciosa conosco. Ficamos muito satisfeitos, com certeza voltaremos.
