The staff was very unhelpful, they had the hot water OFF! while knowing there would be guests booked! after we checked in, I went down to ask for hot water, and he said “well Im going to turn it on now, so only in 45-60min” other guesses had just complained, but we had reservations and couldn’t wait that long, and he replied “there’s nothing I can do”. It was winter and it’s located on one of the highest altitude ! The floor tiles are cracked and broken, creating a severe tripping hazard for guests. They claimed that was done the night before, and couldn’t fix it, but the truth they had a rug to cover it. The toilet seat was broken it didn’t stay on you had to hold it. The shampoo, was half filled only. I called Expedia right after seeing all this complained and Expedia called them, and rigtt hey in front of me he purposely didn’t pick up the phone. And we had TWO ROOMS with one of the rooms, with an elderly couple with a handicap. So it was a nightmare

O hotel tem um bom café da manhã e um serviço de transfer muito eficiente, com destaque para Marcos e Matheus, dois responsáveis pelo transfer, gentis e educados. O hotel precisa de reforma, especialmente, nos quartos. Os armários rangem, o mobiliário é antigo... E a limpeza é superficial, muito ruim.

Excelente!

Decidi fechar esse hotel pq iria com minha filha de dois anos e foi a melhor escolha que fiz. Tem uma brinquedoteca boa, sala de jogos, copa baby, berço e mágico no café da manhã aos sábados. Tudo muito voltado pro público infantil!! Fora isso, o hotel disponibiliza de máquina de café, capuccino, chocolate quente e etc a vontade e um transfer de ida e volta ao centro. Sensacional, fez toda diferença. Quero agradecer a todos os recepcionistas, motoristas e ao responsável pelo café da manhã. Todos são muito educados e simpáticos. Voltarei mais vezes. Parabéns e mais uma vez obrigada pela atenção durante todos os dias que passamos aí

O hotel é ótimo, muito funcional. Funcionários prestativos e simpáticos O café da manhã é ótimo e com boas opções e variedades de alimentos Tem são de jogos e uma academia pequena mas que tudo funciona Achamos bem silencioso o local e estava sempre limpo O estacionamento é pequeno mas não é um problema, sempre há quem manobre os carros, sem stress É muito perto do centro de Capivari, menos de 10 minutos a pé mas o hotel oferece um transfer o dia todo para quem precisar Tivemos dias muito agradáveis Voltaria com certeza
