Todos os funcionários muito educados e prestativos. O quarto bem grande e limpo. O banheiro é ok. O café da manhã é bem variado e a localização do hotel é a melhor possível, no meio do centrinho de Capivari.

Hotel com atendimento no restaurante horrível. Me foi cobrado um omelete no café da manhã, pedi os fritos com a gema mole veio ovos feitos de qualquer jeito jogados na mesa localização ótima porém não vale o valor pago para esse atendimento horrível. Lembrando que chegamos no sábado às 14:00 fomos muito bem atendimentos.

a hospedagem em si foi maravilhosa, porem o quarto ainda era dos tempos antigos, não haviam duchas sanitárias e vasos eram bem antigos, ainda se usavam bidês, então por esse motivo sugiro que modifiquem e se adequem a atualidade.

Hotel excelente e muito bem localizado. Ressalto apenas o barulho da música proveniente dos restaurantes próximos mas não me incomodou mas tivemos que dormir com a porta fechada devido ao barulho( a porta tinha isolamento acústico). Atendimento maravilhoso. Café da manhã muito bom. Estacionamento no hotel com manobrista. Voltaria facilmente.
