Safe neighbourhood good value hotel

Old fashioned hotel with large rooms, very clean and comfortable in good and safe neighbourhood. Walking distance to restaurants/bars. Lovely staff. Free parking onsite. Good value.

I have stayed there a few times before, but it was the first time in 5 years. Surprised to see the rooms are the same, no improvement or upgrades. Same old issues, elevator not working, standing water in the shower. Staff is helpful, efficient and polite. Still a good option in Sao José, but needs improvement.

Ótimo café da manhã! Bem localizado, quartos com tamanho muito bons. Único ponto que precisa de uma melhora urgente considerando minhas últimas 2 estadias em quartos distintos é o ar condicionado. Não funciona muito bem, barulhento e aparentemente precisam de limpeza pois o ar que vem parece carregado. Preferi desligado. Item de fácil reposição e manutenção, e imprescindível para conforto. Não pode ser meia boca.

Achei uma opção boa sem nenhum problema específico, o ponto alto foi a localização, sauna e o café, o ponto negativo é quarto, que achei pequeno, com poucas comodidades, mas com certeza me hospedaria de novo. Os funcionários são muito educados e solicitos.
