Beautiful location in Badajoz; staff were excellent, lady at reception couldn’t do enough for us and the lady at breakfast was very helpful indeed. Would use again or recommend to friends and family. Thank you for a lovely and comfortable stay.」

They insisted they didn't mistake it as trash and accidentally threw it away. And I was quite sure we had it when checking into the hotel because the first day in Badajoz I shopped some clothes for me and my daughter and came back to the hotel, putting a new paper bag into it. So since I couldn't do anything and the situation was not...

「Great modern apartment in old town next to Plaza de Espana. Easy walking everywhere. Tourist office is a few doors down. Great tapas bars close by.Only complaint is the shower has mildew and needs better cleaning!」
