Room was clean but the washroom had some dirt spots on the floor. The mattress also had stains in it. Ok for a short stay.
Room 280 is Very small , bathroom is dirty (hair all over in the wall) , no hot water, light out in the bathroom, twins bed stand board is broken , i wont recommend

É a primeria vez que eu vou escrever uma avaliação ruim apos a hospedagem. O hotel por fora era muito bom, mas por dentro... A qualidade (na verdade a falta dela) em relação ao quarto pesou muito. O colchão eram duas espumas juntas e não era possivel movimenta-lo. O colchão nao estava encaixado nem na base da cama quanto na parede. O travesseiro era sofrivel. A coberta estava rasgada.

O hotel é muito bom e bem localizado. Merece uma reforma pois esta um pouco desgastado pelo tempo.
O hotel está em condições boas para receber os seus hóspedes. Cama confortável, quarto equipado, banheiro ok. No entanto, embora seja anunciada a disponibilidade de estacionamento no hotel, ao chegar lá, existe uma placa dizendo que as vagas de estacionamento são apenas uma “cortesia”, e que o hotel não se responsabiliza caso o hóspede não encontre um lugar disponível no estacionamento para guardar o seu veículo. Portanto, como nossa diária foi em um dia de lotação máxima do hotel, ficamos sem lugar para guardar o carro e tivemos de deixá-lo estacionado na rua. O quarto também exala um cheiro de mofo. Isso fez minha experiência ser inferior à outras oportunidades em que me hospedei neste hotel.
Tive problemas com o ar condicionado que não funcionava direito. O chuveiro marcava trocado o quente e o frio. Não tinha toalha de mão.
Tive que trocar de quarto por causa do ar condicionado. Este quarto era pra pessoas com necessidades especiais. Espaçoso, ar condicionado funcionando , mas a torneira do chuveiro saiu em minha mão. Aproveito para observar que a cama é muito baixa para o que se propões.
Razoável, principalmente quanto à limpeza do quarto/banheiro. Ficamos de sexta a domingo e o quarto não foi arrumado no sábado. Chegamos a falar com a camareira que estava no corredor e ela comentou que o nosso quarto era responsabilidade da colega dela e iria avisá-la.
O atendimento na recepção é bom, são gentis. O café da manhã é bom também.
O quarto é aquele design antigo, mas que me agrada, talvez os quartos superiores sejam renovados. Mas pra mim, mais importante que design ou renovação é limpeza. E esse Ibis tem! Com certeza voltarei a me hospedar aqui.
Logo ao chegar ao hotel me foi oferecido um quarto no andar térreo, próximo à recepção. Argumentei se o quarto teria revestimento acústico, me foi respondido por um segundo atendente que sim, que a porta era “grossa” e impedia a passagem do som. Contudo, para minha surpresa o quarto não possui revestimento acústico, o que trouxe prejuízos para minhas atividades no dia seguinte.
Já às 3:00 horas da manhã tive que retornar à recepção para pedir a substituição do quarto. Fui prontamente atendido.
No dia seguinte, logo cedo ao deixar o hotel, deixei pendurado na porta do quarto a solicitação de arrumação e troca das toalhas, mas não houve a troca.
Somente no dia seguinte os ajustes foram providenciados.
