Bom custo beneficio mas muito barulho no corredor.

Gostei bastante da estadia ... o quarto é amplo, cama super confortável, roupas de cama cheirosas, chuveiro ótimo e café variado e muito gostoso! O único problema é que desde as 6:45 começam a arrumação dos quartos arrastando as camas ... e infelizmente o barulho perdurou pela manhã toda impossibilitando um sono tranquilo.

Já havia ficado neste hotel o ano passado. Continua com o ótimo serviço e um excelente café da manhã. Um dos melhores café da manhã da cidade. Gosto dele por ser de fácil acesso ao centro de Campo Grande, bem como adjacências da Rua Marechal Cândido Rondon e Avenida Júlio de Castilho.

Hotel ótimo. Informamos um vazamento no ar que estava estragando o móvel decorativo, no mais, perfeito. Super indico. Exelente atendimento, café da manhã maravilhoso. Local impecável, limpeza muito boa. Como disse, apenas um problema de goteira do ar, que não me atrapalhou em nada, coloquei uma toalha no chão e problema resolvido. Mas informei isto na recepção justamente porque estava tudo tão lindinho, e a goteira estava a estragar um móvel decorativo do acabento.

Pontos importantes, na minha opinião, Serviço de copa são simpáticos os garçons, não acontece o mesmo com todos da recepção.. Garagem coberta e oculta, há apartamentos com sacada, serviço de barbe de copa e lanchonete,.. Ausente: Restaurante.. Poderia melhorar: diversificar mais bebidas.. tipo suco natural prats não há no hotel.. Não há Porçoes de peixe na lanchonete, lamentável, estamos na era fitness..

Atendimento e café da manhã excelentes. Quartos amplos, camas confortáveis e roupas de cama limpas. Localização excelente, só muito barulho de trânsito pois fica numa rua de muito movimento. Por duas noites também houve muito barulho de hóspedes falando muito alto e algazarras no corredor.

Excelente café da manhã, mas senti falta do almoço, cheguei no sábado no horário do almoço e qual não foi minha surpresa saber que não havia almoço ! No domingo não teve o bar da piscina aberto, achei um descaso com o hóspede.
