Molto vicino all’impianto del Col Rodella Cucina all’altezza delle Stelle. Unica “stortura”: pagamento dell’intero soggiorno prima di poter vedere la stanza. Stanza per tre persone: confortevole e spaziosa. Molto probabilmente, torneremo.

camera fredda e alla richiesta di diversi clienti di accender il riscaldamento nulla è cambiato. A colazione mancava persino il PANE!!!! Il direttore invece che chiedere scusa dei disservizi, si prende gioco di voi!!!

Das Hotel liegt gut in Campitello di Fassa. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht, z.B. warme Sojamilch für den Kaffee am morgen zuzubereiten. Das Abendessen á la Carte oder als Menü-Form, jeweils mit Salat und Antipasti-Buffet ist wirklich gut. Das Frühstück hingegen entspricht keinem 4 Sterne Haus. Viele kleine abgepackte Sachen, Müsli ist gut aber leider kein Gemüse wie Tomaten oder Gurken oder Eierspeisen. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein aber ok, jedoch leider sehr kalt. Im Fitnessraum herrschen ca.- 10 Grad Celsius, was nun wirklich nicht einladend ist. Der Wellnessbereich ist schön aber verbesserungswürdig. Es fehlen z.B. Ablagemöglichkeiten für die Kleidung, so dass man eigentlich im Bademantel oder Handtuch durch das ganze Hotel laufen müsste. Weiterhin bekommt jeder Gast nur 1 Saunahandtuch (klein) auch wenn das Hotel sehr leer ist. Um den Pool zu besuchen soll man eine Badekappe tragen aber in die Sauna darf man in Badehose?
