I arrived at the hotel much earlier than check-in time, but they let me check in quickly at no extra charge, which was very helpful. I was unable to find a place to eat lunch within walking distance. However, I did not walk in all directions of the hotel.

Vitória sempre foi excelente. Desta vez decepcionou bastante . Tanto a estrutura como atendimento . Como pode em tempos atuais o hotel não oferecer chopp no copo de vidro e sim no plástico . Pedimos dois copos de vidro no quarto para fazer um brinde de aniversário e eles recusaram que só podia copo de plástico . Falei com o menino da recepção para falar com alguém que isso não era possível , e depois entregaram. Uma má vontade absurda para agradar o hóspede. E o que dizer do kit shampoo junto com condicionador ? Não dá p lavar o cabelo no hotel se vc não trouxer seus produtos , faz muita falta um condicionador separado do shampoo e também um creme hidratante . Ora essa estamos falando de um hotel como o Vitória !!! Estacionamento pago para hóspede também não faz sentido algum. A diária já é bastante razoável para um melhor atendimento .

We had an excellent stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious and kept very clean. For breakfast there are plenty of options. The in house restaurant is very good too. Highly recommend.

Ficamos em uma suite que necessitava de reparos na parede atras da cama que apresentava muitos sinais de vazamento , pedi um quarto onde não houvesse a possibilidade de haver cheiro de mofo pois meu esposo stem rinite, apesar de verificar que houve um grande vazamento o quarto não tinha cheiro de mofo entao permanecemos no mesmo! Os funcionários sao muito simpáticos e solicitos! Um cafe da manhã muito bom! Tudo fresquinho!
