I gave this hotel a 4/5 because you pay for what you get. Ibis hotels are great for what they’re intended for - an overnight, a transit hotel, a quick shower and rest before the next long leg of a trip. I will continue to book these hotels during my transit.

A estadia foi muito boa, o local é de fácil acesso, com estacionamento incluso. Os únicos pontos a desejar foram a limpeza do corredor do andar em que fiquei (quinto andar) e a maçaneta da porta corta-fogo, na saída de emergência, que estava solta. No mais, recomendo o hotel!

O atendimento na recepção foi excelente, o café da manhã foi decepcionante, o mamao e melao na estavam frescos, o suco acabou e demorou demais a reposição e a moça demorou para aparecer. O ovo mechido nao fica avontade e qua do pedi demorou e chegou morno. O cafe da manhã nao vale o que é cobrado.

Péssima, pior Ibis que já fiquei. Sei que a proposta é de hotel econômico, mas esse se superou. Se for apenas para um pernoite , ok. Mas pra ficar mais dicas não aconselho. Quarto minúsculo, padrão Ibis Budget mesmo, cama encostada na parede, sem frigobar , sem lugar pra guardar as roupas, banheiro bem pequeno também. Ficamos 5 dias , a tarifa não foi nada econômica , então não compensou em nada. Café da manhã estava incluído , porém tivemos problemas todos os dias com o horário do café. Feriado, sábado e domingo o horário seria das 07 às 11, porém as 09:00 já não tinha mais nada. Alegavam que o hotel estava recebendo evento, sem se importar com o hóspede que não tinha nada a ver com esse evento. Detalhe: 39,00 por pessoa pelo café da manhã. Eu sugiro pra quem for se hospedar em Leme, procurar qualquer hotel da rede Habitat pois fui conhecer e achei muito melhor e muito mais justo pelo valor cobrado, que inclusive, em um deles, valor menor que o ibis.

Minha estadia foi a Negócios na cidade, porém, precisei levar minha bebê de 9 meses e ficamos muito bem acomodadas. O hotel possui o que é necessário, e atende muito bem ao que buscamos. O atendimento simplesmente incrível, e vale destacar o atendimento do Italo que é um amor de pessoa e super atencioso! O hotel oferece serviço de jantar e vale citar que a comida é muito gostosa! Voltaremos quantas vezes mais forem necessárias!
