A experiência foi horrorosa! Simplesmente não tinha água nos banheiros. Não dava p dar descarga e tomar banho. Não recomendo. É um absurdo o hotel estar operando nessas condições.

Minha primeira avaliação do Telles

Um excelente hotel com preço muito bom... Tem o suficiente para o conforto. Não é um quarto apertado e tem um bom espaço. A cama é confortável. O ar condicionado funciona muito bem. O banheiro é muito agradável com bom espaço no box e o chuveiro é muito gostoso. O pessoal do hotel desde a recepção até mesmo o pessoal que trabalha em outras áreas são muito atenciosos e prestativos. Sentimos falta de uma geladeira no quarto e também de uma janela que pudéssemos abrir e olhar para o exterior e ela fica para cima de nós pois ficamos no térreo e pelo que percebemos a janela dá para outro local. Este é o grande problema muita gente conversando do lado de trás da janela o que incomoda às vezes um pouco às vezes mais, geralmente à noite. Acredito que é o único problema digno de nota. O café da manhã para o preço que se paga até que é muito bom. Tem um belo aquário na recepção e é um lugar aprazível para se ficar também. Também tem uma mesa no quarto com cadeira e um armário suficiente para se pendurar as roupas e guardar outras coisas.. a TV de assinatura apenas com os canais gratuitos. Deveria ter a opção de pelo menos algo como uma Netflix que pudéssemos entrar nós que somos assinantes O problema é que é da Claro eu acredito que quem tenha posso usar que não é o meu caso..

Péssima experiência

No ato do check-in fomos informados que não havia quarto quadruplo disponível para minha família, mesmo com a confirmação antecipada da reserva. O hotel acomodou outras pessoas em nosso quarto. A única opção que nos deram foi separar a família, em dois quartos pequenos, situação muito desagravel. Atendimento na recepção ruim, cobertores com forte odor e mofo nas paredes do banheiro.
