Hotel com boa localização, próximo a Holambra, novo, limpeza boa. Porém é um hotel para no máximo uma noite, lençóis e toalhas limpas, porém travesseiro muito ruim, cama dura. (Com certeza vai amanhecer com dor na coluna ou pescoço). A maioria dos quartos são com 2 camas de solteiro, não possuem serviço de quarto, se vc precisar de uma toalha a mais tem que descer para pegar. Hotel estava bem cheio, aparentemente no momento não estão preparados para receber capacidade total, não tinha fronhas, Atendente do noturno (Beatriz) foi bem rude. Pedi um berço no quarto com antecedência no ato da reserva, não foi colocado. Café da manhã bom, chuveiro bom. Para uma noite foi ok

Não gostei da coberta, muito fina e tecido ruim. Achei o almoço muito caro, não tem serviço de quarto, ou seja se eu passar três dias no hotel, ele só entrarão quando eu sair do quarto, sendo que em outros hotéis, tem serviço de quarto todos os dias.

O serviço não foi prestado, pois o hotel tinha quartos apenas para casais e solicitamos quarto para 3 pessoas, sendo uma criança de 11 anos. No app Hoteis.com deixaram fazear a reserva normalmente, só que no check in não foi possível nos atender, pois não possuíam quarto para 3 pessoas . Falamos com o recepcionista Antônio.
