「Staff totally disinterested」

「The rooms had their own car park but required a deposit in cash to obtain the remote for the gate. I don’t carry cash so was forced to haul my suitcase up and down multiple stairways and along a dark and uneven path around the back of the building to get to my room late at night. The room itself was fine. Clean and spacious although the bathroom smelled mouldy. Lighting was poor - particularly in the bathroom. Overall it was fine but nothing special.」

「The apartments are so well equipped including dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and cooking facilities. The public areas are well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful.」

「As cascatas is very comfortable the apartment is a good size. We were put in a dark and poorly positioned apartment having asked for a different one ahead of time but when we asked to move we were accommodated in a much better apartment within 48 hours. The bed was comfortable the shower is ok the kitchen was great and well equipped. The hotel breakfast was very good and the bar was very friendly. Service throughout was great. The gym has had an upgrade and we enjoyed using it. The spa is also a...

「Apartamento grande e muito bem equipado.」

「Clean room, very good communication... Couldnt ask for better」

「The shower curtain was molding, bath tub was never cleaned nor the sink. Bath room needs a complete over haul. Very uncomfortable Furniture. You can hear your next door neighbours chatting (regular chat not yelling). Safe was not usable. 」

「Er is niks aan te merken op het hotel. Alleen het avondeten lag soms iets te lang, waardoor het wat taai werd. Ontbijt was fantastisch!」

「Just liked the feel of the whole place, its convenience etc was all brilliant」

「Lovely location and great rooms. Really Modern and clean rooms with lots of space, Nice and quiet too.」

「Bra boende i Fuseta - mycket bra pool」

「Had a really good time there with my family. I actually booked another hotel in Sagres, but with much smaller space and poorer infrastructure. So I cancelled that one, and drove back again to Balaia hotel. Again the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was also an indoor swimming pool nearby. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Not to mention that the price is so attractive. Definitely worth it.」
