Hacienda Campeche is a beautiful property- very clean and well maintained. It feels like an old hacienda- the bed and linens very comfortable. Food is excellent. You cannot go wrong staying here.

This is a beautiful hotel combining several old houses in very architecturally imaginative ways (the pool winds between the walls of old houses set in an interior garden). The staff was helpful and attentive. It's the perfect retreat.

Beautiful property next to the old city gate - we enjoyed an impromptu concert from the top of the city wall (while on the roof of the hotel!). Pool was awesome (but the water a little cold!). No gym sadly and no breakfast included. Tons of character, but definitely on the pricey side.

This is a beautiful property with very nice staff. I think the garden area around the pool can be improved and cleaned up, even used for guest seating. Overall this is an amazing place to stay and the food is delicious.

El hotel es bonito y las habitaciones son muy agradables. En general el personal es atento y amable. La cocina es su punto debil. Algunos alimentos son preparados con esmero y otros no tanto. Incluso algunos están mal condimentados, saben a nada. El personal es amable, pero en ocasiones no eficiente y se tardan mucho en servir los platillos. El resto del personal que no está en el comedor también es muy atento y servicial.

Un lugar extraordinario y único

Muobien ,las únicas observaciones son 1) el menú del restaurante para la cena hay que cambiarlo ya que es el mismo que el de la comida y uno cena más ligero 2) falta mantenimiento (es claro que este tipo de hoteles de inmuebles históricos requiere mucho mantenimiento. Pero le falta un poco. Todo lo demás muy bien

Campeche una ciudad hermosa. El hotel muy bonito pero algo descuidado. Solo una chica para atender desde la llegada incluso habia que esperar porque ella misma era la que te llevaba a la habitación, eso si, super amable pero pues no es lo ideal. La habitación muy bonita pero algo impractica, ya que del sanitario había mucho espacio para llegar al lavabo, y lo mismo para llegar a la regadera. No fuimos al restaurante, nuestra estancia fue de solo 1 noche por lo que preferimos salir a conocer la ciudad. Esta muy buena ubicación en la esquina de la calle 59 llena de opociones para comer, tomar un refresco o una nieve. Ah, y con muchas tiendas para ropa y artesania, asi que si te gusta este tipo de compras, lleva mucho espacio en tu maleta.
