"Everything about my stay was excellent. However, I had prolonged difficulty checking in because my reservation which I'd made weeks in advance had been filed under the wrong name and I had to call Hotels.com to trace down the source of the problem. It took a long time and a lot of menu navigating to finally get help."

"It’s a brand new hotel so yes, it was clean and no problems, a Great value. However the the security latch on the ground floor window broke immediately, not the hotel’s fault whoever installed it used cheap parts. I did leave a phone mount for my cycle when I called two days later I was told that no one had turned it in and housekeeping did not have it seems like a small thing but it’s a $50 replacement. My fault though. so all in all great value, nice people."

"Checked in, went to the room and it wasn’t ready. Coffee on the dresser and someone had slept in the bed. Went back down and the desk apologized and give us a new room. Things happen and it’s great to be taken care. Thank you it was a great stay."
