"I booked two rooms at 5pm and my booking was accepted. When we arrived at 7 we were told our room would not be ready for 2 hours. I’m not sure why I was able to book the rooms when they had not been cleaned and wouldn’t be ready for at least 2 hours. They offered a communal shower room but still not good enough. "Had a fantastic time! The facilities were perfrect, well maintained and clean. staff were helpful and hospitable in general. We could also see dolphins swimming near the resort. Very happy with our stay. Only minor point is that dinner reservations at the restaurants on site can be a bit tricky (e.g. we were given a later booking even though the restaurant wasn’t busy at the time we requested)."
