"This stay was an unmitigated disaster and far below standard, characterized by misrepresentation, unacceptable cleanliness, and nonexistent service. The experience began with a bait-and-switch room discrepancy, requiring us to negotiate and pay extra to receive the large family room we originally booked. "If you're looking for a peaceful, quiet, spacious, and well-ventilated environment, I highly recommend it. I'd like to thank everyone, from the receptionist to the entire staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The spa, body massage, and skin care packages were especially good. In short, it was a well-ventilated environment. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but we already had our own internet connection. It would be even better if it had its own private sandy beach."
