The are a number of hidden surcharges. While not excessive or unreasonable, The hotel should do a better job of informing guest of surcharges before a guest accepts the service.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura davvero molto carina, pulita e curata nei minimi dettagli. La nostra camera era grande, abbastanza confortevole,pulita e funzionale, con bagno molto spazioso e un balconcino affacciato a un bel giardino curato. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene. La proprietaria, insieme al suo staff, ci hanno accolti sempre sorridenti e attenti alle nostre esigenze. Ci hanno coccolati con una bellissima sorpresa per le mie figlie ( uno selfie con un cantante ospite nell hotel) Ampio parcheggio riservato a tutti i clienti. Buonissima e ricca la prima colazione, con prodotti tipici del posto. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere il centro della bellissima città senza preoccuparsi dell'auto. Grazie per tutto.

Una sistemazione molto Basic ma da cui fare scoper

Brutta sorpresa all'arrivo: la prenotazione fatta su Hotels.com. Italia dava la cifra e precisava "camera superior vista mare". All'arrivo mi sono sentito dire che la prenotazione a loro risultava per una camera - base e mi sono sentito richiedere un supplemento. Al momento di lasciare l'hotel ho mostrato la mail di Hotels.com. E non mi hanno applicato il supplemento ma facendomi molto pesare la cosa. A parte questo, in positivo personale subalterno cortese e disponibile, anche se non sempre efficentissimo. Molto positiva la presenza di un parcheggio comodo e gratuito. In negativo, camera abbastanza modesta e necessità di pagare come extra tutto... L'Hotel è convenzionato con la spiaggia della Calanchi ed offre una navetta (comoda quando non ti lasciano a terra) ma questa comodità rischia di non fare scoprire le tante calette nascoste che rappresentano il fascino di Marina di Camerota

Ho prenotato tramite expedia una Superior Double Room, sea view e mi è stata rifilata una stanza singola adattata a doppia, solo un comodino e una luce notte. Alle mie obiezioni è stato risposto che per il prezzo pagato quella era la stanza riservata. Pulizia scarsa dal primo giorno posacenere pieno non svuotato. Uno scalone per raggiungere le stanze non dichiarato. Aria condizionata, a loro discrezione. Ma quali quattro stelle, forse 20 anni fa. Personale e proprietari poco attenti al cliente. WIFI?????
