"Charged me additional charges but when questioned about it they said they didn’t charge me that and the place had a foul smell. The pool was filthy. The elevator didn’t work. They had holes in carpet and attempted to patch it. Dirty pillows and sheets, slept on top of the blankets. The shower had no hot water. Floor of shower was DISGUSTING! The room smelt as if I had been in a house of a former chain smoker who lived there for their whole life! No large trashcan in room. Only one remote but two TVs…. Definitely don’t recommend! The guy at the desk tried to have me do a google review so he could make some kind of commission off it before we even saw the hotel room…. "

"Our room key had to be replaced every day. Fire in laundry room second nite leaving us to evacuate. The next night alarm went off but no fire. We still had to evacuate. Fourth nite there was a water leak that left our bathroom and bedroom flooded. The ice machine was broken. The restaurant ran out of salads when we were there. All in all, the worst place we have ever stayed. The only reason we didn’t check out the first day was because we prepaid for the room. "

"The hotel was noisy. There was a couple arguing loudly in the entryway. The hotel stunk of food cooking including our room which was on the second floor. The room was poorly lit and I saw bugs in the bathroom. There was no bottled water in the room. Based on other hotel stays, I expected this. It was disappointing and I would not stay there again. "

"Friendly front desk staff. Huge rooms and comfortable beds with extra pillows. Very clean."

"Lack of communication between employees had us waiting for the free airport shuttle for over 45 minutes. Called the number provided 3 times to see where the shuttle was and why it wasn’t showing up and the desk clerk said “make sure to go to the share ride side.” Later found out the bus was going to the opposite side where the cell phone lot was. Mentioned this when checking into the hotel and were told we would be reimbursed for having to pay for uber after waiting for so long for the shuttle that never came to share ride side of pickup but never received reimbursement. Desk clerk gave email to contact for a cash refund reimbursement but never responded to email and wasn’t seen again since check in the 3 days we stayed at the hotel. The main reason I booked was specifically for the free airport shuttle and this was the first problem encountered from the hotel. Was highly disappointed from first impression but everything else turned out fine. "
