What we kinda had issues with was all the trash that was left out side constantly we even picked some of it up walking to and from the casion and hotel to help out but it was still pretty bad.」

「We LOVE the Omni but things ting that keeps us coming back is Prado. The atmosphere is so lovely, the food is amazing, but the service is off the charts! We’ve never had a bad meal, not once, in all our years of going. Keep up the good work Omni team. 」

「The staff are amazing. We had an issue with our washing machine and they responded immediately. There were some additional issues that occurred from that repair and everyone worked quickly and efficiently to solve the issue. When all was done, they checked in 2 additional times that day to be sure that all was still going well. Can't say enough of about how well it was handled and how friendly and helpful the staff was. Property and condo was clean and comfortable as always.」
