While the property was clean and tidy the staff friendly it was let down by the property being next to a working railway line that seemed to have maintenance going on from around 12 pm till 3 am which made sleep difficult. Also while the room was nice there were no USB points in the room which in this day and age was surprising as was having to pay for parking

Liked the parking, even though it was £10 per night. Didn't like the fact the Aircon didn't work, i arrived back to my room at 12am, so nothing could be done, i made the hotel team aware in the morning. Also food ordering was inconsistent, i asked for food from the 24 hour menu, was told no food, to be followed up by another couple who asked for food and got served. Good breakfast, and clean and tidy.

Disappointing breakfast.

The stay was excellent except for the breakfast, coffee machine broken, the staff were constantly topping up the food trays, the food in general was only just cooked I personally couldn’t eat the Hash browns (too undercooked for me) the entire service at breakfast was as if this was the staff’s first time ever of doing a breakfast sitting, very unprofessional, overall I was very disappointed.

Had a great nights stay. Staff were very friendly, room clean and great shower. Good to have air con. A very good breakfast in the morning. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again.

Nice hotel with comfy beds and a lovely bathroom/shower. Very clean. Rooms however quite stuffy and with the window open it's very noisy as by the road. Breakfast could do with some proper eggs.

Clean, comfortable. Good buffet breakfast - good quality and well stocked. Staff always went out of their way to be friendly. Great value!
