「Our family of 3 had a great time staying at the property. The only issue was the Wi-Fi, it was very weak and dropped constantly. Besides that, other things were nice. It’s close to water taxi, as well as ferry to Bellagio/Verrana (10 mins walk to your left), ferry to Como & bus are few step on the right. Would stay here again. 」

「The property would have been great only if they picked up our luggage from the bus port. It is high up in the mountain, very difficult to drag your luggage. Not enough warning provided as to how difficult it would be to take your baggage. No taxi, no pick up, I saw other guests who almost cried, dragging their luggage up to the hotel often on narrow oncoming traffic.」

「We loved the location in the heart of Bellagio and the pool area was the highlight. Check in was reasonably friendly but we had communication issues about the restricted garage height despite letting them know ahead of time we had a roof box. The flat was not in the main building and was a 5th floor walk up. One person in our party struggled with the stairs. It would have been nice to mention this at booking.
