「Tam the host is amazing 」

「we had a pleasant stay at Will’s apartment! throughout the 4 days we were in hoi an, Will gave good tips and advised us on places we should visit in the area. it was also easy to get a grab/car to the old town and i enjoyed the change in scenery at the apartment. the room was satisfactory as well, with a comfortable bed and shower. there were also two friendly dogs which made the stay even more enjoyable :) highly recommend the apartment to travellers who are looking for a comfortable stay....

「Hôtel très charmant et l’ensemble du personnel très aidant. Le propriétaire a même pris le temps pour nous expliquer ce qu’il y avait à faire près de l’hôtel. Petit déjeuner excellent et les œufs préparés sur commande. La chambre était impeccable avec belle vue sur une rizière. Je recommande très fortement cet hôtel. 」

「This location is very far away from the Hoi An city centre...need to ride bicycle for around 10minutes, walk 20minutes above. If u have a short journey in Hoi An, I’ll not suggest to stay here as some of the tour even can’t pick u up here. I’m not lucky to meet a staff who English is really poor and can’t communicate or help us to book travel tour, even though the family here is very nice and kind. We are quite helpless to stay here. 「My wife and I stayed here two nights and we had a great time. Phuong and her family so welcoming and kind to us. We immediately felt like we were visiting family when we arrived. The property is well-situated and central to everything. A short 5 min taxi ride to old town or 10 min drive to the beaches. Walking to old town is an easy 15-20 minutes. 「Mr. Lai was the best host! Rooms are clean and comfortable with great A/C. Mr. Lai responds to your requests in a timely fashion. The rooms are very private, and you can use the kitchen anytime you’d like. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe, comfortable and well taken care of. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.」

「Friendly staff, but a bit messy finding our reservations when we first arrived. The room was clean and suitable for a short stay. The swimming pool was much appreciated and well located. Breakfast on site was perfect. 」
