Spacious apartment, renovated. It is located close to beach, shops, restaurants and bus stop to Palma. Parking is for free in the streets next to apartment. Only thing that could be better was bathroom. It was clean, but it could be better designed. Toilet was in the corner very close to sink and shower. Sink was small and it was difficult to wash hands in it.

A lovely apartment complex, comfy beds and lots of space and cupboards. Had obviously been recently refurbished and very clean. Towels changed frequently and bins emptied during our short 4 night stay. Kitchen area was well appointed, would have preferred an ice section in the fridge! Lidl very close by, lovely Pizza restaurant on the corner and the bus stop is less than 5 mins walk. Able to use the hotel complex and pool/bar area if you wanted, Antonio on the bar was very friendly and helpful as was the Cuban receptionist. Beach and restaurants all nearby. For less mobile clients no lift in the apartments but only 3 floors high. More deserving of the 2 star advertisements. A really lovely stay and we would come back again.

Schönes, renoviertes Apartment in der Nähe von zahlreichen Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vom Strand in Palmanova. Preis-Leistung ist in der Nebensaison hervorragend und wir hatten genug Platz, um uns während unserer Workation auszubreiten. Außerdem haben wir immer einen Parkplatz in der Straße oder in angrenzenden Straßen gefunden.

En trevlig och rymlig lägenhet som var ren och fräsch när vi checkade in. En ganska lugn gata men lite svårt att hitta parkeringsplats i närheten. Lite knepig kommunikation med värden men det löste sig till slut. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

For the price it's not bad, the owner was helpful. But first surprise, there's no parking. You park outside, if you're lucky to find a place. We arrived the room was given to us not clean, so we had to wait for them to clean. The apartment is well located, it's few minutes from the beach. The pool is good! The apartment has all the tools needed especially in the kitchen, but it's a mix with new tools and very old rusty ones, but mostly the apartment and the building are old. It surely needs a fresh up. We can hear all the neighbors and not isolated at all.

The property was great. Large lounge area with a single bed and kitchenette off then seperate bedroom (which isnt clear in the description of the apartment). The sister hotel has great facilities with a nice bar/cafe where you can purchase snacks or breakfast very reasonably. The only issue was we were on the 3rd floor and there is no lift which was a bit exhausting after a day out in the heat.

Nice hotel

Just back from weekend stay at Martinez Hotel. Rooms were clean, 2 balconies, large tv, spacious lounge and kitchen, situated in a quiet residential street. This was a winter break, so hardly any hotels open but it was ideal for us. Other hotel guests were friendly too. There's a couple of bars open across the road, so it was perfect! Would go back.
