Eldre og slitt hotell

Eldre standard på hotell og rom samt dårlige senger, dusjen hadde folde dører i hvitplast som var møkkete og ikke rengjort. Når disse ble lukket ble det mørkt inne i dusjen og dusjen var 60*70 så meget liten dusj. Det ble ikke ordnet barneseng / krybbe selv etter 2 dager og flere purringer. Så servicen er ikke på topp.

Globales playa Santa ponsa experience

Great area as usual, beautiful place but this hotel does not operate on a lone basis up until May apparently. Would explain why we had to go across road to sister hotel(s) Ponsa Park and Pionero.Walls are thin so could hear all noisy guests banging and screaming all night and also our stay coincided with Thomson reps training week which meant they were staying in hotel and sort of took over public spaces out back of hotel near pool (which was actually a lovely quiet area compared to the other two hotels where you could actually get a sunned). Also, restaurant was not open; bar was only open from 8-12 at night until third night of our stay, then it suddenly stopped that service as well so we had to go over to other hotel as mentioned. Shower was a nightmare as my husband who has mobility issues could not even get into it; even I had one half of body outside the shower at all times! Good points though: most staff very friendly especially the lovely Bulgarian lady we were sad to say goodbye to as she always had a smile! Oh and Maria who worked the bar at our hotel ( when it was actually open!) TV too small in room, but a plus was most English channels were picked up on it. All in all an average hotel for quick getaway, but for us, we will be returning to our usual hotel Viva Rey round the corner for our next main stay on the island of Mallorca!

Close to the Beach

Apart from the Front Office everything else nightmare. Broken balcony door ,shower door, bathroom door , noisy electrical cabinet,you can hear everything outside in the corridor,bathroom tap,constantly leaking etc....

Nice hotel & close to the beach

Preferred this hotel compared to its sister hotel opposite as it was so busy & liked that our hotel was so much quieter. Only thing I would say against it is that the rooms really need updated & the shower was so tiny especially for a male to use it.

Faulty Towers in the Sun

Dreadful hotel really needs a refurbishment, the shower is too small to wash in and you can hear your neighbours on the toilet. The food is the same nearly everyday and if it want to use the snack bar is over the road in the sister hotel Santa Ponsa Park. I complained to reception and was told "but it is a 3 star" 0/10 for your customer service Globales. The pool area was OK, but the pool itself was really dirty, debris in the bottom of the pool and floating in the water. I never seen anyone clean it in the entire week I was there. I'm glad it was a last minute holiday and can see why the had rooms. Would never return and wouldn't ever recommend it.

Great hotel

Great stay in a great hotel all staff lovely (well some of the bar staff bit grumpy but most ok) we were all inclusive and the food was great one of the best I been to pool area nice no big rush for sunbeds and a nice quiet feel around the pool even though it was school holidays (some music round pool would have been nice) all in all a great stay :)

Maden var skidt, der var mug i den meget lille brusekabine og poolen var ligegyldig med en meget stor skyggeside. Beliggenhed i forhold til strand var rigtig god. Hyggelig by, hvis man er af sted som børnefamilie.

Hotel muy trillado.

Hotel que no hace honor al nombre de su compañía Globales. Lejos de ser un hotel global, está pensado para las personas de un solo país. Las habitaciones sufren de muchos deterioros. Cocina aburrida y monótona. Los huéspedes del país al que está dedicado el hotel incumplen de forma sistemática las normas más básicas de educación. Lo mejor fue la amabilidad de personal español del hotel.

Modernes Hotel in ruhiger zentraler Lage

Das Hotel haben wir im April vor der Saisoneröffnung besucht. Es ist schön hell und modern ausgestattet. Das Essen war vielseitig und frisch. Auch Vegetarier werden lecker satt.

Séjour agréable en octobre

Nous étions un groupe de 12 plongeurs en demi pension à la fin du mois d'octobre. L'accueil tardif (arrivée après minuit) n'a pas posé de problème. Les chambres correspondaient bien au descriptif. Les buffets des petits-déjeuners et des diners étaient soignés, il y avait en particulier beaucoup de crudités et de fruits frais (en plus des habituelles frites et des desserts à la gelée pour les Anglais) Il était difficile de manger tout le groupe ensemble, les tables étant remises à leur place après chaque repas. Le ménage des chambres a été fait soigneusement tous les jours. Les animations consistaient essentiellement en des bingos d'après le repas, à déconseiller aux enfants. La rapport qualité prix est bon.

Horrible hotel

Rude staff, not much choice in food and then having to switch hotels for dinner and snacks was a nightmare when you around your hotel pool. Rooms are tiny and basic

Nos agrado enormemente la distancia del Hotel a la playa y que aunque venia ya reflejado en la informacion consultada previamente normalmente se suele exagerar a menos de la distancia de la playa real, en este caso si que es verdad que esta cerquisima, por otra parte el hotel era tranquilo y agradable.

L unica nota positiva le signorine delle pulizie e i barman, albergo fatiscente, al ristorante e in cucina nn sanno cosa vuol dire la pulizia ( piatti sporchi e posate lavate malissimo. Il personale dell albergo è nella media eccetto la sig.na Victoria che nn è in grado di ricoprire il ruolo di receptionist grazie alla quale abbiamo perso un giorno mezzo della nostra vacanza.

- Preis-/Leistung ist ganz Okay - Sauberkeit und Service ist gut - Poolanlage wird bereits um 18:00 Uhr geschlossen, eher früh - die Doppelzimmer sind etwas klein geraten, vorallem die Dusche - die Betten sind nicht überwältigend - die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, nahe Zentrum und Strand - Insgesamt war der Urlaub aber ein Volltreffer!

Santa Ponsa hotel

Hotel was basic but as a 3* you expect that what i did not expect was to have to go across the road for lunch and down the road for Breakfast and dinner apart from that location is good beach was 5 min away and so was the busies there was a couple of bars but when the patio doors where closed you could not hear anything. would not stay again

Great all inclusive hotel

Great hotel have been here many times. Hotel is spotless, staff are friendly and plenty to eat and drink (all inclusive). Pool area is spacious and ideal if you want sun or shade. As for location you could not be better placed. Stones through from the sheltered bay and beach, as is the quiet and very relaxed main resort.

Erste Nacht in einem Zimmer im gegenüberliegenden Hotel verbracht, da kein Zimmer frei! Danach sechs Nächte in einem kleinen aber sauberen Zimmer! Dusche dafür skandalös!!! Versiefter, stinkender, schief herunterhängender Duschvorhang! Dusche extrem klein, nur für sehr schmächtige Leute geeignet! Tropfender Wasserhahn, tropfender Brausekopf! Extrem laute Klimaanlage! Winziger Balkon! Zimmertür nicht exakt schließend, mit Kreditkarte jederzeit zu öffnen! (Selbstversuch)Sehr viele russische Familien! Sehr kinderfreundliches Hotel! Personal sehr freundlich. Essen gut! Billiges 3-Sterne-Hotel mit hoffentlich auch besseren Nassräumen!
